Julian began studying Russian literature at Harvard University. He wrote his honors thesis on Andrey Bely's masterpiece, Petersburg, under the direction of Professor Donald Fanger, and then studied Russian literature at Leningrad State University and continues his studies today with noticed Puskin scholar Nadyezhda Braginskaya. The world premiere in English of Puskin's Little Tragedies in Lowerfeld's verse translated was staged in November 2009 at the Baryshnikov Arts Center in New York.
Mariana Haseldine is an international independent art dealers and art consultant specialising on 20th - 21st Century works of art: paintings, drawings and sculpture. Mariana presents the most exciting international art as well as focusing on established and emerging art from Russia and Ukraine, as well as represents around 20 established and emerging contemporary artists from UK, France, Germany, USA, Russia and elsewhere. Mariana studied piano and history of art at Minsk Conservatory, and was awarded a grant to continue her studies in Germany at the Kölner Hochschule für Musik.
